JAKARTA, 20 November 2020 - AirAsia would like to inform that domestic flight operations in Kertajati International Airport (KJT) will be moved to Husein Sastranegara International Airport (BDO) in Bandung starting 8 December 2020. Please be advised that the flights have been changed to new schedules as follows:

Guests who are not be able to travel according to the new flight schedule above may choose one of the following service recovery options:

1. Unlimited flight change: Change to any new travel date before 31 March 2021 on the same route, at any time, at least 48 hours before the flight departure. Flight changes can be done  an unlimited number of times without any additional cost, subject to seat availability.

   Kindly note that there will be no more flights available starting 1 December 2020 from Kertajati Airport (KJT). AirAsia will commence operations from Bandung Husein Sastranegara Airport (BDO) starting 8 December 2020. We strongly recommend moving your flight to this day onward.

2. Credit account: Request for a credit account to the value of your booking which is to be redeemed within 730 calendar days (2 years) from the issuance date for your future travel with AirAsia. The actual travel dates can be after the expiry date as long as the flights are available on the AirAsia website at the time of booking.  Credit Accounts are not only faster to redeem, but also have a longer validity, and they are more convenient for you, as you can simply top up for future bookings, if need be. Credit accounts can also be used to purchase other products and services available on the airasia.com super app.
