March 21, 2020: AirAsia India announced a waiver on rescheduling charges for flight bookings until March 31, 2020.   

Change flight: Reschedule your flight to a new travel date on the same route for travel booked till March 31, 2020 with no rescheduling fees. Rescheduling can be done on www.airasia.com with the fare difference, if any, subject to seat availability. The rescheduling can be done up to 4 hours prior to departure.

Guests can manage their bookings and reschedule by logging in or signing up as a BIG Member on www.airasia.com with the email ID used when making the original booking, linking their existing PNR to their BIG member ID and editing their booking.

AirAsia is closely monitoring the situation and will announce further updates to policies.
