Redbeat Academy-UNITAR International University partnership a boost for edutech industry

Course exemptions for students who pursue full programmes at UNITAR 

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 September 2021 - Redbeat Academy, the edutech arm of airasia digital is set to offer a broader range of accessible, higher educational training courses on redbeatacademy.com, made possible by its partnership with UNITAR International University.

The collaboration between Redbeat Academy’s Instructor-Led Training & On-Demand Learning platform and UNITAR’s academic programme will further strengthen the training industry by delivering an enhanced online learning platform to provide a range of skills and certifications relevant to the modern digital era.

Joint programmes and initiatives include the exchange of information on the development of training programmes and the sharing of facilities and expertise relevant to the needs of both parties and the community. As the partnership progresses, other projects  will be identified in the future to support the growing edutech needs in the region.

As part of its micro credentials programme, selected courses provided by UNITAR will be featured and conducted through Redbeat Academy’s Instructor-Led Training platform. Students who graduate from these courses and later decide to enrol into full diploma, bachelor or master degree programmes at the university will be exempted from these courses, thus fast-tracking their university studies.

The new higher educational contents by UNITAR available for subscription on redbeatacademy.com now include Creative Thinking, Communications, Psychology, Media Art and Design, Finance, Hospitality, Culinary Arts and more.  

To celebrate the partnership and the month of Malaysia Day, Redbeat Academy and UNITAR will be offering 25% off for all UNITAR Instructor-Led Training courses starting today until 31 October 2021.
