Book from AirAsia’s official channels and authorised travel agents to avoid scam

SEPANG, 26 November 2018 – AirAsia would like to strongly advise our guests to book their flights from AirAsia’s official channels to avoid scams.

Our official sales channels include our website airasia.com, AirAsia’s mobile app, authorised travel agents and AirAsia Travel and Service Centres (ATSC).

We urge the public to be cautious and not to purchase any AirAsia flights from unofficial sales channels. AirAsia shall not be held liable for any claims arising from false schemes.
