The ongoing global health crisis has disrupted our daily lives and continues to be one of the toughest challenges our world faces today. Our usual routines are nearly unfamiliar: we can only imagine places we no longer visit and remember faces we no longer see, if not virtually. The hustle and bustle has been muted, and our big plans have turned into dreams. The world of travel is what we dearly miss. 

It’s been nearly a year since community quarantine was imposed in the Philippines, but inside the world’s longest global travel lockdown, are hopeful spirits and warriors that continue to fight through these challenging times. 

This is testament to the People Power Revolution which celebrates the spirit of determination and passion, which Filipinos will always be known for. This Revolution is more than a holiday. It is a historical event that has shaped our culture and reminds us of our power as a nation. 

Today, we remember the People Power Revolution and how the power of a community has endured by striving towards a collective goal. This is a timely reminder that through perseverance we will prevail. 

Today, we also celebrate the Filipino Allstars who continue to work with the same perseverance, determination, and passion. It hasn’t been an easy year but as Allstars, we were quick to adapt and to take on new challenges to make things happen.
