Travel Advisory: Temporary relocation of domestic check-in counters in Bali

DENPASAR, 20 April 2019 – AirAsia has temporarily relocated its domestic check-in counters in Bali, Indonesia, to the international terminal at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport following a fire at the domestic terminal.

Domestic and international check-in counters are now at island E, which is located inside the international departure hall.

Due to the relocation, all guests departing from Bali are advised to arrive at least 3 hours prior to their scheduled flight departure and to anticipate delays at security checkpoints and check-in counters.

Guests are also strongly advised to check-in online and to print out their boarding pass. Web and mobile check-in are available from 14 days prior to the departure of all AirAsia flights.

All guests travelling from Bali should follow the instructions of our ground staff and airport authorities.
