Travel Advisory: Flood and Bad Weather Conditions in Greater Jakarta

JAKARTA, 2 January 2020 – AirAsia wishes to confirm that all flights departing from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta (CGK) today are operating normally. Guests who are still affected by floods and bad weather in the greater Jakarta area and are unable to continue with their flights are advised to contact support.airasia.com. 

Affected guests are entitled to choose one of the following service recovery options:

  1. Move flight: Change to a new travel date on the same route within 30 calendar days from the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability; OR

  2. Credit account: Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia. The online credit account is valid for booking within 90 calendar days from the date of issue; OR

  3. Full refund: Obtain a full refund in an amount equivalent to your fare; OR
