AirAsia Indonesia scheduled flight resumption update

[Update as per 6 June 2020 1500hrs GMT +7]

JAKARTA, 6 June 2020 - Due to operational reasons and following the COVID-19 conditions in the country, AirAsia Indonesia (flight code QZ) will adjust the resumption of several flights accordingly, which are now targeted to commence from 19 June 2020.

All guests affected by these changes will receive notifications on service recovery options through registered email and SMS.

For more information on the latest flight schedule and status, guests may refer to airasia.com or the AirAsia mobile application.

All guests flying AirAsia in the future are required to understand and strictly adhere to regulations and requirements set by the respective governments and authorities -- both of the country or region of origin as well as those of the destination, regarding health, immigration and travel restrictions.

Please refer to Indonesia Domestic and International Travel Requirements During COVID-19 Period for updated information on travel requirements to fly to/from and within Indonesia, and also AirAsia’s enhanced safety measures which are available in the same link.

Guests are advised to also check their departure terminal in advance, as some airports may have relocated terminals designated for domestic or international flights.

AirAsia Indonesia will continue to monitor the situation closely and will take necessary precautions to ensure guests arrive safe and healthy at their destination. We will gradually reinstate our services around our network, once the global health situation improves and regulatory restrictions are lifted.
