Indonesia AirAsia Informs International Passengers to Complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass Upon Entry to Indonesia

Jakarta, 29 August 2024 – The world's best low-cost airline according to Skytrax, Indonesia AirAsia, informs all international passengers to complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass at the following link https://sshp.kemkes.go.id/ upon arriving in Indonesia. 

In reference to the Letter from the Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Air Transportation Number: SE 5 DJPU of 2024 concerning the use of SATUSEHAT Health Pass for foreign travelers, issued in response to the World Health Organization (WHO) declared Mpox/Monkeypox as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).

“Indonesia AirAsia supports the government's efforts to prevent the entry of the Mpox Virus and prevent the spread of the virus in Indonesia. To this end, Indonesia AirAsia will continue to inform and urge all its passengers to complete the SATUSEHAT Health Pass,” said Captain Achmad Sadikin Abdurachman, Director of Safety and Quality Indonesia AirAsia in Jakarta (29/8).

Earlier, Indonesian Minister of Health Budi Gunadi Sadikin elaborated the reasons behind WHO's decision to designate Mpox as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) on August 14, 2024.
