AirAsia Philippines Issues Flight Disruption Advisory for November 3 & 4, 2025
03 November 2025 | Manila, Philippines – Due to the forecasted adverse weather conditions and heightened safety concerns brought by Typhoon Tino (‘Kalmaegi’), AirAsia Philippines has proactively cancelled the following flights going to and from Manila on 03 & 04 November 2025.
AirAsia Philippines has directly notified all affected guests via email and SMS on their flight status and service recovery options. As the weather situation remains dynamic, guests travelling to or from the affected destinations on 03 & 04 November 2025 are advised to stay updated via the AirAsia MOVE app (airasia.com/flightstatus), the AskBo chatbot and their registered email for the latest information.
In the light of the weather event and in full compliance to the Air Passenger Bill of Rights, AirAsia has provided service recovery options for all affected guests:
Move Flight: One-time free date change within 30 days of your original departure, on the same route within the AirAsia network, at no extra charge and subject to seat availability; OR
Credit Account: Valid for 730 days from the date of issuance to your AirAsia member account; OR
Full Refund: To be issued to the original form of payment.
AirAsia is continuing to monitor the situation and is in close coordination with aviation authorities to provide timely and relevant information to affected guests.
