AirAsia India begins operations from Srinagar connecting it to New Delhi!

BENGALURU, 20 February 2017 - AirAsia India, leading low-cost domestic airline in India, launched its first flight between Srinagar - New Delhi on February 19th in the presence of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. The airline currently operates a daily flight connecting Srinagar & New Delhi. AirAsia India is keen to connect Srinagar to many of its destinations across its domestic network in the coming months.

The inaugural flight from the Valley was flagged off by Honorable Chief Minister of Jammu &
Jashmir, Mehbooba Mufti in the presence of senior members of the airline.

India with the increasing number of tourists who visit the valley. AirAsia India operates one of
the earliest flights during the day in Srinagar, thus providing convenience and differentiated
