Travel Advisory: AirAsia flights from and to Medan

KUALANAMU, 6 April 2018 – AirAsia would like to inform that several flights from and to Medan (Kualanamu) have been affected due to the eruption of Mount Sinabung in North Sumatera.
Below is the list of affected flights for today, 6 April 2018.
Affected guests will be notified of their flight status via email and SMS. AirAsia strongly encourages all guests to update their contact details at www.airasia.com to ensure that they are notified of any updates to their flights.
Guests whose flights were cancelled are entitled to choose one of the following service recovery options being offered:
- Move flight: Change to a new travel date on the same route within 14 calendar days from original flight time without additional cost and subject to seat availability;
- Credit Account: Retain the value of your fare in a credit account for your future travel with AirAsia. The online Credit Account to be redeemed within 90 calendar days from the date of issuance;
- Full Refund: Obtain a full refund in the amount equivalent to your booking.
Guests are advised to check www.airasia.com and AirAsia's social media pages for further updates.
