Travel Advisory: AirAsia relocates to Terminal 1 at Hong Kong International Airport

Hong Kong, 19 November 2019 - AirAsia will relocate its operations at Hong Kong International Airport to Terminal 1 effective 29 November 2019 due to the closure of Terminal 2. Check-in counters will now operate from rows K35-K42.

All guests departing from Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) are advised to arrive early, and to anticipate some delays at check-in, security and immigration checkpoints.

For a quicker, more convenient experience, guests are also encouraged to check-in online prior to arrival at the airport. Web and mobile check-in are available from 14 days prior to the departure of all AirAsia flights.
