Travel Advisory: Flooding in Nakhon Si Thammarat
Nakhon Si Thammarat, 3 December 2020 – AirAsia guests affected by the flood situation in Nakhon Si Thammarat with flights scheduled for travel to and from Nakhon Si Thammarat between 3 and 7 December 2020 will be able to choose one of the following service recovery options:
Move flight: One time change to a new travel date on the same route within 14 calendar days from the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability; OR
Credit account: Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia BIG Loyalty account for future travel with AirAsia. The online credit account is valid for booking within 730 calendar days (2 years) from the date of issue. The travel date of new booking can fall on any date within the published flight schedule on airasia.com
Affected guests may access these options by contacting our Customer Happiness team via AVA at support.airasia.com or airasia.com or at the AirAsia Sales Counter at any airport in Thailand.
