AirAsia Balik Raya late night flights at fixed low fares!
SEPANG, 6 June 2018 - As the people’s airline, we are pleased to offer special Balik Raya late night flights to accommodate travel demand during the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri period.
Fly back for a low fixed fare of only RM99 for selected routes within peninsular Malaysia and RM149 from Kuala Lumpur to Kuching, available from 12 to 19 June 2018.
AirAsia Malaysia CEO Riad Asmat said, “Typically fares go up when there is an increased demand. However, we wish to do our part to ensure Malaysians are able to go home to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri with their loved ones. We hear the rakyat’s requests for more low fare flights and we are pleased to announce additional flights at low fixed fares for selected routes within Peninsular Malaysia and between Kuala Lumpur and Kuching”.
“Just last month, we added 43 extra flight frequencies from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and Kuching for Hari Raya. We would like to thank the authorities involved especially Malaysia Airports Holding Berhad for their support in making this additional flight frequencies possible,” he added.
The special Balik Raya late night flights are applicable for new bookings only and are subject to availability.
Guests traveling during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri period are advised to arrive at the airport earlier to avoid congestion, and to use our web check-in and mobile check-in services for maximum convenience. Web and mobile check-in services are available from 14 days before to 1 hour before the scheduled time of departure.
For guests with check-in baggage, we recommend you arrive early to ensure sufficient time to drop off your baggage at the counter before proceeding to the departure gate. KLIA2 check-in counters for both International and Domestic flights will close sixty (60) minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.
