Travel Advisory: IT system outage

SEPANG, 10 July 2019 - AirAsia is currently experiencing an IT system outage which is impacting several systems, including and the AirAsia mobile app.

We are working to resolve these issues and will provide further updates as soon as possible.

AirAsia guests who are travelling today are strongly advised to arrive at least 3 hours prior to their flight and allow extra time to complete check in formalities.
