AirAsia Wins the HRoot Best Employer Award 2025

SHANGHAI, 12 December 2025 - AirAsia was honoured with the coveted Greater China Best Employer Award at the HRoot Awards 2025 ceremony for its remarkable performance and best practices in HR management. The award fully recognises the airline's continuous investment and achievements in employer engagement , talent development, and culture building.

As one of the most influential and prestigious HR awards in China, the committee received more than 700 applications this year. After a rigorous four-month assessment, AirAsia emerged as the winner of Best Employer, together with other 20 outstanding global top companies and high-tech unicorns. AirAsia was also the only airline among the award-winning companies.
