Travel Advisory: AirAsia guests with cancelled flights can make flight changes for new flights up to 30 November 2021

SEPANG, 19 August 2021 - AirAsia guests with flight bookings cancelled by the airline can make flight changes for new flights up to 30 November 2021.

Affected guests with cancelled flights can: 

Move flight: Change to a new travel date before 30 November 2021 on the same route for an unlimited number of times, without additional cost subject to seat availability. 

Guests affected by flight cancellation will receive a separate email and/or SMS detailing their available options.

Please chat with AVA on support.airasia.com or airasia.com to make your selection by following the steps below: 

  • Select "Flights” from AVA's main menu

  • Select "COVID-19 Flight Changes”

  • Select "My flight is cancelled" 

  • Select "Move flight" 

  • Enter booking details and proceed to the next steps as instructed by AVA

The move flight option is only applicable for direct online bookings made via airasia Super App or airasia.com. For group bookings or those made with travel agents, guests are advised to refer to their respective booking agents for further assistance.
