Thai AirAsia X Attains IATA’s IOSA Registration, Reinforcing Global Operational Excellence and Safety Standards

BANGKOK, 24 September 2026 – Thai AirAsia X (flight code: XJ) has successfully passed the auditing process and officially received the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Registration from the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This globally recognized safety Registration is effective from 11 August 2026 to 10 August 2028, cementing the airline's operational efficiency and steadfast commitment to upholding world-class safety standards.

The IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) is a globally recognized operational safety audit programme for airlines, developed and managed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The audit assesses an airline’s operational management and control systems across eight disciplines. These include Organization and Management Systems (ORG), Flight Operations (FLT), Operational Control and Flight Dispatch (DSP), Aircraft Engineering and Maintenance (MNT), Cabin Operations (CAB), Ground Handling Operations (GRH), Cargo Operations (CGO), and Security Management (SEC).
