Travel Advisory: Hong Kong Departures

HONG KONG, 5 October 2019 - AirAsia is advising guests who are departing from Hong Kong International Airport this weekend to allow extra time to clear check-in formalities.

With expected transport disruption, guests are encouraged to allow an additional 45 minutes travel time to reach the airport terminal and to pay special attention to revised traffic arrangements. 

All guests who are flying from Hong Kong International Airport are strongly advised to check-in online and print out their boarding pass prior to arrival at the airport. Web and mobile check-in are available from 14 days prior to the departure of all AirAsia flights.

Guests are also encouraged to be at the airport at least 3 hours before their flight to avoid any travel inconvenience.
