Travel Advisory: Temporary Hibernation of AirAsia Thailand Flights

BANGKOK, 27 July 2021 - In view of the current COVID-19 situation in Thailand, AirAsia Thailand (flight code FD) announces the temporary hibernation of its scheduled domestic commercial flight operations starting 12 July 2021 until 8 August 2021, in support of the containment efforts by the government of Thailand.

Guests affected by flight cancellations will receive an email or SMS directly detailing their available options. Guests may use the AI chatbot AVA available on support.airasia.com, airasia.com to make their preferred alternate travel option by following the steps below:
