The film brings alive the aspirations of a child who wants to fly. It begins with the depiction of a young boy who aspires to fly and while playing ‘Chidya Ud’, a popular game across India, with his friends. He is laughed at for believing that people can fly. Sensing his dilemma, his father attempts to pacify the boy and explain that ‘people don’t fly’. The child innocently reasons that when his uncle can fly from Delhi, just like a bird, why can’t he say that people can fly? His father then justifies that only when everyone has an opportunity to fly, will they be able to say that people can fly. Watch the film and find out how the perception of flying has changed over time.

AirAsia India in its efforts to increase its connectivity across the country is reaching out to new and aspirational flyers through the film. Focused on establishing itself as an airline of choice, AirAsia India presents a modern-day scenario of today’s India; one which is built on dreams coming true.

Amar Abrol, MD and CEO, AirAsia India said, “2017 is going to be our year and we want our current and future guests to know that they can depend on AirAsia for affordable flying and value based services. This film truly demonstrates our commitment to enable every Indian to fly, whether it is a planned or a last minute travel.”

As internet penetration in the country continues to grow, AirAsia India’s digital-centric approach to this campaign compliments the outlook of the new, digital India.
