AirAsia Cancellations Post Typhoon Paeng

As AirAsia Philippines manages and operates around the aftermath of Typhoon Paeng, the airline is canceling the following 31 October 2022 flights:
The safety of guests is central to the operations of AirAsia Philippines. We seek the patience and understanding of all affected passengers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the cancellation of flights has caused them.
AirAsia is making the following service recovery options available for guests whose flight has been canceled from October 29 to 31:
Move Flight option: Change to any new travel date within 30 days from the original departure date.
Credit account: Retain the value of the flight booking in the guest’s AirAsia BIG Member account for future travel with AirAsia to be redeemed within 730 calendar days (2 years) from the issuance date. The travel date of the new booking can fall on any date within the published flight schedule on airasia.com
Refund: Access AVA (Allstar Virtual Assistant) through the airasia Super App to facilitate refund requests.
AirAsia Philippines will continue to send timely updates to guests via SMS and email on changes to its flight schedule. Guests may also check the status of their flights through this link: https://www.airasia.com/flightstatus/en/gb.
