亚航采用创新技术改善乘客旅程,使飞行更安心和无缝
雪邦,2020年11月20日 - 亚航通过最近实施的众多创新技术不断革航空旅行,以进一步改善乘客体验,使飞行不仅安全、负担得起、飞行过程更加无缝及加强无接触式服务。
亚航与数码化转型公司GrayMatter合作推出Scan2Fly,这是一项行业领先的技术,可以确定乘客在到达机场之前的飞行资格,其中包括核审乘客出行所需的相关健康文档及准证。
Scan2Fly让亚航乘客可以自行在线上自助登机过程中扫描并上载医疗证明、所有出行必需的文件等。系统将验证乘客是否已获得各种当局的出行批准,并确认乘客是否持有有效的新冠病毒检测结果呈阴性的报告。
Scan2Fly系统已由GrayMatter成功实施,并且已经在亚航从马来西亚KLIA2机场往返新加坡以及印尼泗水的航班上投入使用,往返雅加达的航班也即将采用此科技。该系统的云托管技术与亚航的应用紧密集成并量身定制,还配备了强大的信息安全性。此系统日后也将实施于亚航其他有需要有效旅行证件的航点。
Scan2Fly通过减少在机场的人与人互动,为亚航的营运提高了效率,并让乘客在前往机场之前能更安心。文件上载后,系统将自动提供带有批准/拒绝状态(包括任何拒绝原因)的报告。
同时,亚航宣布与战略合作伙伴Vision-Box近期一起实行其他多项改进,包括自动行李托运服务、体温检查技术、航空公司的无接触式面部识别系统F.A.C.E.S.(Fast Airport Clearance Experience System)等。亚航还与Vision-Box合作进一步部署了许多其他无接触式科技,例如在旅行和金融生态系统中的数码身份管理。
