Thai AirAsia X Enhanced Travel Voucher - more ways for you to redeem

Bangkok 19 March 2024 - Thai AirAsia X (flight code XJ) is pleased to share that the Travel Voucher has been enhanced and can now also be used for the following:

• The Travel Voucher can now be used to pay for your flight booking, including the flight fares, baggage allowances, seat selections, inflight meals, insurance, government taxes and fees, and other optional services. 

• The Travel Voucher is valid for two years from the expiration date of the Credit Account earlier issued by Us  (“Validity Period”) or a validity of two (2) years from the date of issuance.

• The Travel Voucher is only valid for flights operated by Thai AirAsia X (flight code:XJ) and has no limit on the number of seats to be redeemed per flight, subject to the available amount. However, the Travel Voucher cannot be redeemed for Fly-Thru flights or a combination of flights operated by any of our affiliates.

• Guests may only use the Travel Voucher when booking a flight for yourself or others (“Passenger”) by logging into your Account on our AirAsia MOVE app or airasia.com website and by entering the Redemption Code at the payment page. As it is a multi-use voucher, you can utilize the Redemption Code for one or more transactions, until the balance lasts.  

Please note that your Travel Voucher can now be used with the above mentioned updated conditions immediately without any additional action required.
