AirAsia Group Berhad (AirAsia) hari ini mengumumkan bahawa mereka telah memeterai memorandum persefahaman dengan Aimia Holdings UK II Limited (Aimia) untuk cadangan pengambilalihan oleh AirAsia bagi keseluruhan baki saham biasa berjumlah 1,665,000 dalam BigLife Sdn Bhd (BigLife ), yang belum dipegang oleh AirAsia Group.
