ตามที่สายการบินไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ (รหัสเที่ยวบิน XJ) มีความจำเป็นในการปรับแผนบริหารจัดการการใช้เครื่องบิน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อการให้บริการ “เฉพาะบางเที่ยวบิน” เส้นทางเข้า-ออก สู่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น* โดยสายการบินขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมมอบข้อเสนอทางเลือกให้กับผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบผ่านช่องทางอีเมลที่ผู้โดยสารได้ลงทะเบียนไว้ รวมทั้งมอบค่าชดเชยเพิ่มเติมเป็นมูลค่าบัตรโดยสารสะสม (Travel Voucher) 2,000 บาทต่อท่าน
