AirAsia advises guests to complete the “All Indonesia” arrival form before arriving in Indonesia, from 1 September 2025

SEPANG, 10 September 2025 – AirAsia advises all international guests arriving in Indonesia to complete the “All Indonesia” arrival form within three (3) days prior to arrival, either via allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or through the All Indonesia mobile application, which can be downloaded from the App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android). This is in accordance with the latest directive from the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia.

Completion of this form is mandatory, and guests who have not filled it out will not be able to proceed through immigration clearance upon arrival in Indonesia. This requirement replaces the need to complete any other declaration forms, whether manually or through the Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) at the airport. Guests who have completed the All Indonesia form will therefore not be required to fill out any additional arrival documents upon entering Indonesia.

“The implementation of All Indonesia will greatly help our guests save time and avoid long queues at their destination airport in Indonesia. We encourage all AirAsia guests to complete this form before departure to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival process,” said Eddy Krismeidi, Head of Indonesia Affairs & Policy at Indonesia AirAsia.

As an Integrated Passenger Declaration System, All Indonesia combines various international passenger clearance processes including immigration, customs, health, and quarantine into a single web- and app-based digital platform. By completing the form before departure, all arrival data will be recorded in the system, making the clearance process faster, easier, and more convenient.

For guests with special needs, such as the elderly, persons with disabilities, or unaccompanied minors, a dedicated clearance lane (Corridor Gate) is available and directly integrated with All Indonesia, ensuring a faster and safer arrival process.

The form can be completed three days before arrival in Indonesia. All guests are advised to ensure all information is entered accurately to avoid any issues during airport clearance.
