“ไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์” ยื่นขอฟื้นฟูกิจการ เพื่อเดินหน้าธุรกิจต่อเนื่อง ยันไม่กระทบการให้บริการผู้โดยสาร
ไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ (รหัสเที่ยวบิน XJ) สายการบินราคาประหยัดให้บริการเส้นทางบินระยะไกล เตรียมเข้าสู่กระบวนการฟื้นฟูกิจการ โดยยื่นคำร้องต่อศาลล้มละลายกลาง วันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2565 และศาลรับคำร้องดังกล่าว เมื่อวันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2565 โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อการบริหารจัดการและปรับโครงสร้างหนี้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถเติบโตเเข็งเเกร่งได้ในอนาคต หลังได้รับผลกระทบรุนเเรงจากสถานการณ์โควิด-19 อย่างไรก็ตามการเข้าสู่กระบวนการดังกล่าวจะไม่กระทบต่อการให้บริการแก่ผู้โดยสารแต่ประการใด และยังใช้บริการได้ตามปกติ โดยไทยแอร์เอเชีย เอ็กซ์ ยังมีแผนงานเดินหน้าพร้อมบินสู่ประเทศเกาหลีใต้และญี่ปุ่น ตั้งเเต่เดือนมิถุนายน 2565 นี้เป็นต้นไป
