아시아 최대 저비용항공사 에어아시아와 모회사인 캐피털 A가 2024년 4분기(4Q24) 및 지난해 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 회계 연도(FY2024)의 연간 운영ꞏ재무 실적 통계를 결산 발표했다. 항공 사업 부문에서 에어아시아는 2024년 한 해 동안 약 6,300만 명의 승객 수송을 달성했으며, 탑승률 또한 89%에 달하는 성장세를 보였다. 캐피털 A 또한 전반적인 시장 확장 및 수요 증대, 그리고 안정적인 공급이 뒷받침하면서 주력 사업 분야인 항공 서비스, 디지털, 화물 전반에 걸쳐 호실적을 거둔 것으로 나타났다.
