AirAsia today announced the launch of a new direct route connecting Kuala Lumpur to Banjarmasin, the largest city in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. All flights will be operated using the Airbus A330 aircraft. Bookings are available now via the AirAsia MOVE app and www.airasia.com. The inaugural flights to Almaty and Sendai will depart on December 1, 2025, while the Riyadh route will begin on December 2, 2025.
