บมจ. เอเชีย เอวิเอชั่น (“AAV”) ผู้ถือหุ้นของ บจ. ไทยแอร์เอเชีย (“TAA”) เผยผลประกอบการประจำไตรมาส 3 ปี 2566  บริษัทมีรายได้รวมอยู่ที่ 9,898.7 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 102 เทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน และสามารถควบคุมต้นทุนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยหากไม่รวมต้นทุนราคาน้ำมัน ต้นทุนต่อหน่วย*** ของบริษัทยังคงลดลงร้อยละ 33 จากช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน ทำให้ในไตรมาสมี มี EBITDA เป็นบวกอยู่ที่ 389.1 ล้านบาท พลิกจากขาดทุนในช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อนที่ (601.3) ล้านบาท อย่างไรก็ตาม จากค่าเงินบาทที่อ่อนค่า ณ สิ้นไตรมาส ทำให้บริษัทมีขาดทุนจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเท่ากับ (813.5) ล้านบาท ซึ่งเกือบทั้งหมดเป็นการขาดทุนทางบัญชีที่ยังไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจริงและไม่ได้ส่งผลกับกระแสเงินสดของบริษัท โดยบริษัทมีขาดทุนสุทธิในไตรมาสนี้เท่ากับ (1,694.7) ล้านบาท ดีขึ้นอย่างมากจากขาดทุน (4,050.2) ล้านบาท ในช่วงเดียวกันของปีก่อน
